When you join SimCorp, a thorough introduction programme is ready for you. The vast majority of our new colleagues join the SimCorp Academy – a three-week professional, in-depth introduction to our product, SimCorp Dimension. Your introduction is continued in your local unit, with on-the-job training and relevant courses. You will also get a mentor, who follows and supports you during the first 6-12 months of your employment.
