SimCorp GmbH is a "Great Place to Work" in Europe

In May 2010, the Great Place to Work ® Institute ranked SimCorp GmbH no 20 on the list of the 50 best companies to work for in Europe with 50-500 employees.
With a 4th place in the national competition, "Germany's best employer 2010" SimCorp GmbH had qualified for the European ranking and came in a fine no 20 out of 1300 competing companies.
In the anonymous survey, through which the ranking is largely determined, employees were questioned on key workplace issues including leadership, collaboration, professional development, compensation and job satisfaction.
96% of the employees reported that SimCorp GmbH is a very good place to work. The survey is complemented by an extensive culture audit of the HR unit, including a description of the corporate values, management guidelines and policies.
The Great Place to Work ® studies on the quality and attractiveness of employers is carried out in more than 45 countries.
