Interim report 31 March 2013 - SimCorp A/S22 May 2013
The first three months of the year were satisfactory. Q1 revenue amounted to EUR 49.0m, an increase of 3% both in EUR and when measured in local currencies.

EBIT for the three-month period was EUR 7.0m, up 10% compared with the year-earlier period. Net profit for the period increased by EUR 0.6m compared with Q1 2012 and amounted to EUR 5.0m.

Order intake from licenses and add-on licenses was EUR 9.4m, which was an increase of 100% compared with the same period last year.

SimCorp maintains its expectations for 2013 revenue growth measured in local currencies of more than 5%, and an EBIT margin exceeding 22%. At 31 March 2013, contracts equalling EUR 172m of the projected 2013 revenue had been secured, EUR 21m more than at the same point in time last year.

SimCorp A/S – Share Buyback Program21 May 2013

On 27 February 2013, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 25.0m (approx. DKK 186.5m) in the period from 28 February to 26 August 2013.

Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under the program:

SimCorp A/S - Completion of Capital Reduction16 May 2013
At the extraordinary general meeting held on 17 April 2013 the shareholders resolved to reduce the share capital by nominally DKK 1,500,000 from nominally DKK 45,000,000 to DKK 43,500,000, equivalent to a reduction of the share capital by 1,500,000 shares of DKK 1 each by cancellation of own shares.

The resolution was announced via the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on 17 April 2013, and the statutory notice period has now expired with no claims received.

The capital reduction has therefore now been completed.

The share capital of SimCorp now amounts to nominally DKK 43,500,000, equivalent to 43,500,000 shares of DKK 1 each.

Presentation of SimCorp’s interim report 31 March 201315 May 2013
As previously announced SimCorp’s interim report for the first three months of 2013 will be released Wednesday 22 May 2013 in connection with the Board of Directors’ meeting that day. The report will be forwarded to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen immediately after the meeting which is expected to finish after 5:00 p.m.

SimCorp’s Executive Management Board will present the report at an investor meeting Thursday 23 May 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (CET) at the company’s headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will be open to the public, and an electronic meeting facility has been set up through the following webcast link, where it will be possible to ask questions online: http://storm.zoomvisionmamato.com/player/simcorp/objects/gxqpf92d/.
