Our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at a glance

To succeed with our global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments and ambitions, we continue to concentrate our efforts on our three strategic focus areas:  

  • Build an inclusive culture  
  • Boost diverse talent 
  • Increase women in leadership

We report annually on three diversity dimensions:  

  1. Gender
  2. Nationality
  3. Age

At SimCorp, we recognize that working with DEI is everybody’s business

We cannot succeed alone, and we need all of us to lean in. Together, we participate in global initiatives to boost diverse talents, and we continuously work to raise the bar on inclusion.

We truly believe fostering an inclusive culture is everybody’s business and a key business enabler for SimCorp. That’s why we work consciously and actively with inclusion to make it easy for everybody to understand and take actions to mitigate bias at work.

Furthermore, we currently have four Employee Resource Groups that support diversity, equity, and inclusion:

  • SimWoMen (Global)
  • SCAN: SimCorp Cultural Awareness Network (North America)
  • Warsaw Women’s Network (Poland)
  • Women's Network (UK)

In 2021 we signed the Confederation of Danish Industry “Gender Diversity Pledge”, publicly declaring our commitment to reaching 40% representation of women at SimCorp by 2030.
