If so, you have the opportunity to join one of the larger agile transformations in Europe. Based in Denmark, with offices in Ukraine, UK, Germany and Italy, we’re almost 3 years into transforming SimCorp and currently looking for another awesome Scrum Master.
Your new team in the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), is looking for someone who can help create transparency, show interest in the day to day challenges they tackle and maintain a safe space for them to achieve their best, free of unwanted distractions. You need to be well organized and follow up on any impediments. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large and very ambitious agile organization, 500+ people, in 50+ teams, in 8 SAFe ARTs, along with several teams (including CCoE) running outside the SAFe framework.
The journey we are on is challenging but also exciting. It involves a lot of experiments and learning. Together, we are committed to make it happen and we are investing heavily in it.
You will get some great colleagues, among them 30+ Scrum Masters and 8 RTEs as well as a Development Manager to support your growth journey. We insist on having fun while we make a difference. We help and learn from each other, we continuously improve, learn and grow.
One example of this is our annual 2 day internal conference, the SimCorp Agile Coach Camp. We are also active in our local agile communities; hosting meetups and training events and we encourage our employees to share their experiences at industry conferences.
Come join us and help shape the future SimCorp.
