As a service delivery consultant in the Application Service Provider (ASP) Division, you will participate in servicing and supporting some of the largest clients in the global financial sector in the daily operation of their SimCorp Dimension installation. You will deliver first-class services by using our ASP operational framework, which is built upon ITIL. Your main focus will be on handling 1st level client support requests but also on technical tasks around SimCorp Dimension, encompassing Oracle, Windows, and IT infrastructure.
You will be part of a team handling the operation of SimCorp Dimension interfaces, service platform and environments including monitoring and the management of file systems, operating systems and virtualization software.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the following experience and competencies:
- MS-Windows management at an intermediate level
- Application installation and configuration
- Application failure handling
- A relevant higher IT-based education
- Ownership of the areas you are working with
- Excellent communication skills in English at all levels
- Ability to work with various, often remote clients
- Experience with ITIL and Oracle is an advantage but not a requirement
