Service Delivery Principal - Singapore

We are looking for a Service Delivery Principal to be part of our Professional Services team working within Customer Services based in SimCorp Asia. The role will be based out of the SimCorp Asia office in Singapore.

The position

Service Delivery Principals support our clients in the Financial Services industry by providing best practice market solutions and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension and beyond. Operational Services have recently gained a strong momentum in offering and delivering out-tasked/outsourced technical and application activities to our clients, where we on premise or remotely take care of a substantial part of the operational activities on behalf of our clients through our portfolio of Application Services including: Application Maintenance and Enhancements , On-site or Remote Service Desk, Release & Deployment, Test and Validation, Preventive Maintenance/Incident and Problem, Platform and Environment, Batch Processing and Database Expertise Services.

In this role you will be responsible for helping our Asian clients with maintaining and enhancing their existing SimCorp Dimension installation, both from a tactical and strategic perspective. In Singapore, you will be working with a small team focusing on global delivery and sales support.


Key responsibilities

You will be key in ensuring that our existing clients are using the SimCorp Dimension system optimally:

  • Strategic reviews of existing client installations
  • Identify projects to improve existing client installations
  • Be key in implementing projects to improve existing client installations
  • Where possible identify where clients can use standard configurations versus bespoke solutions and move clients to standard configurations
  • Strategically identify and drive development new Service Offerings with focus on bringing optimal value to our clients
  • Identify where clients can use new license modules & services and help with the pre-sales activities in the procurement of these modules. by the client
  • Assist presenting our services at prospects and new clients focused business value and benefits of our offerings  
  • Become the trusted adviser of our Asian clients


Your qualifications

  • 5-10 years SimCorp Dimension experience
  • Extensive experience with settlements, setting up financial instruments and valuations within SimCorp Dimension
  • Good knowledge of front office and fund administration within SimCorp Dimension
  • Some knowledge of Risk and Investment Performance processes would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a self-assured approach in both business and SimCorp Dimension context
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including listening skills
  • A proven successful record with implementing SimCorp Dimension at various clients
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to network and navigate efficiently within complex company structures
  • Proactive nature and a natural drive for problem solving
  • Enthusiastic, committed and result-oriented
  • A Master of Business Administration or similar academic background
  • Ability to be onsite at clients outside of Singapore at least 2 out of every 4 weeks
  • Fluency in English
