Are you an awesome Scrum Master?

If so, you have the opportunity to join one of the larger agile transformations in Europe. Based in Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Germany and Italy, we’re almost 3 years into transforming SimCorp and currently looking for yet another awesome Scrum Master.
Location: Copenhagen

You have succeeded with agile in a few teams – do you want to make agile succeed with dozens of teams and hundreds of people? This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large and very ambitious agile organization, 500+ people, in 50+ teams, in 8 SAFe ARTs.

The journey we are on is challenging but also exciting. It involves a lot of experiments and learning. Together, we are committed to make it happen and we are investing heavily in it.

You will get some great colleagues, among them 30+ Scrum Masters and 8 RTEs. We insist on having fun while we make a difference. We help and learn from each other, we continuously improve, learn and grow.

One example of this is our annual 2 day un-conference, the SimCorp Agile Coach Camp. We are also active in our local agile communities; hosting meetups and training events and we also encourage our employees to share their experiences at industry conferences with recent examples being XP and ScrumDay.

Come join us and help shape the future SimCorp.

What we offer

As a Scrum Master in SimCorp you will be coaching and helping teams grow, ensuring agility and excellent deliveries. Therefore, we expect you to be passionate about creating a psychologically safe environment, where people perform their best and work together as a team. Where people have fun while delivering and are confident raising impediments and issues. You know the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development, you know the various agile and lean processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and know when to apply the various techniques to provide value to a team. As a person you are eager to learn, easy and pleasant to work with and are genuinely interested in helping others succeed. You have probably worked in several agile set-ups, you have some international experience, you don't mind travelling and you understand the difference between doing and being agile (and practise the latter). You will of course be an active part of our Scrum Master Community of Practice, sharing experiences, facilitating, helping your colleagues grow as well. We expect a lot from our new colleague, and in return you get to work with great people in a fun, inspiring and very ambitious agile organization.
