ADC Delivery Manager

Location: Advanced Delivery Center (ADC), Warsaw, PL

Working as part of a ADC Project Delivery Team, the role is to take overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of ADC Work Package engagements. Delivery Manager is also responsible to agreed budget (efforts), oversees and documents all aspects of the specific projects. Delivery Managers works closely with MU Project Managers to ensure the scope and direction of each engagement is on schedule and aligned with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Ensure swift and smooth project delivery
  • Ensure project prerequisites are available
  • Monitor project progress and report project status to stakeholders, reports and summaries showing the level of services provided in accordance with agreed parameters
  • Plan project activities and sequence them
  • Set up projects in WorkDay
  • Align on resource availability and resource Booking for WP activities
  • Validating & approving timesheets and expenses of ADC Project Team
  • Providing inputs in forecasting
  • Act as a role model for business consultants and stakeholders
  • Actively participate in the Delivery Managers’ community
  • Participate and contribute to knowledge sharing among SimCorp employees locally and internationally about lessons learned at clients
  • Constantly expanding your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients' business in order to ensure that clients get the optimal configuration and workflow.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, professional relationships with assigned Clients
  • Organization and supervision of the ADC Project Team
  • Direct responsibility for the business outcome of projects

Your qualifications

Your excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills will help you lead all activities to success. As our preferred candidate, you will have:

  • Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the Financial industry at business at asset managers, fund managers, insurers, or banks.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and products, financial markets, stock exchange
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, IT service delivery management, team management
  • Knowledge of the IT services market and the process of their sale
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • High personal culture
  • Commitment, consistency in pursuit of the goal and very good organization of work
  • Focus on effectiveness and punctuality of solving tasks
