Engagement Manager

As Engagement Manager you will work closely with Market Unit leads and will be responsible for positioning of Advanced Delivery Center service offerings and aligning them with Market Units requirements. You shall identify opportunities for ADC offerings at early stage of the bid process, be the contact point with ADC Service Line Owners to define scope and estimate the work. You shall bear overall responsibility of success of ADC engagement with stakeholders. You will successfully deliver global program outcomes and benefits by establishing robust capacity, capabilities and forecast.

Key responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Participate in pipeline review with Market Units and verify resource requests / project bookings in Workday
  • Work with Service Line managers on the delivery plan & the estimation for ADC tasks
  • Determine the resourcing and delivery model for ADC engagements
  • Anticipate project’s needs based on the understanding of their business requirements and work with the Service Line managers  / Resource Managers to identify long and short-term solutions
  • Clearly articulate and communicate business objectives to ADC Delivery Manager on specific client projects
  • Work with all relevant stakeholders to increase the utilization of ADC for projects to 30% by 2023 
  • Partner and interlock with Marek Units on ADC transformation changes and build communication plan
  • Socialize ADC offerings with stakeholders, including Market Units and Commercial Offering teams, Pre-Sales etc.
  • Identify & accelerate development of ADC offerings to meet Market Units demand
  • Monitor SimCorp Work Package implementations and make sure they meet Market Units & client expectations
  • Identify issues and areas of improvements in ADC offering process
  • Build strong partnership and manage key stakeholders’ expectations

Your qualifications

Your excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills will help you lead all activities to success. As our preferred candidate, you will have:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with cross- culture understanding across multiple geographical location 
  • Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and products, financial markets, stock exchange
  • Min. 10 years of experience in finical sector, project management, IT service delivery management, consulting services
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience presenting business, project and solution topics to various audiences including technical experts, project managers, line of business and directors
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges in enterprise environment
