Our Senior Customer Executives are responsible for proactively expanding business with existing customers, driving expansion, complex sales and renewals. In addition, Customer Executives are responsible for developing relationships with C-level stakeholders to help customers successfully achieve their short and long-term strategic goals.
- Expansion: Identifies, positions, and drives opportunities through the entire sale cycle
- Renewal: Manages renewal process in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers
- Executive engagement: Establish and maintain C-level long-term trusted relationships
- Knowledge sharing: Leverages industry knowledge and insights to drive strategic conversations with the Customer, based on client desired outcomes.
- Management: manages a portfolio of existing accounts across Asia Pacific and collaborates with all relevant departments across SimCorp to deliver the best solutions for the Customer.
- Commercial negotiations: owns the commercial negotiations process
- Leveraging knowledge: Applies industry knowledge to build solutions that deliver tangible and compelling value to customers.
- Facilitation: Is at ease facilitating meetings and workshops with a wide range of audiences, from operations to c-level.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Significant experience within the Asset Management industry or within FinTech, supporting Asset Managers and Asset Owners
- Relevant degree and background in solution led selling
- Knowledge of Front-to-Back Office processes
- Highly focused on Customer deliverables and satisfaction
- Articulate when communicating and presenting
