To further support, enable and drive this journey we're expanding our Transformation Office and are now recruiting for a Business Management Lead to join our team.
This role will be central to the strengthening of our strategy execution processes and is expected to deliver important insights and decision support to executive management.
The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Transformation and will be part of a small high-impact team working with stakeholders across all parts of the organization.
What you will be responsible for:
Design, implement and operate management system infrastructure across SimCorp comprising corporate and functional scorecards including portfolio management of strategic projects
Executive business management, incl. objective setting business reviews, prioritization of resources, targets, incentives as well as ensuring the annual wheel is developed and defined activities are followed through
Centrally support the regular review processes to enable the executive team to continuously assess how we are progressing toward our long term & short term targets
Support a varied range of strategic projects across all SimCorp to ensure results delivery
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to identify, quantify, and address business improvement opportunities
Drive organizational maturity of strategy execution by strong collaboration with a network of de-central strategy execution leads across the functions
Schedule and manage communication forums with senior leadership team
Help building an effective Transformation Office
What we value (our requirements):
3-5 years of experience in a top tier consulting and/or Corporate strategy & transformation function
Hand-on experience in managing, developing and maintaining the executive support process including corporate reporting, management review cycle, annual wheel activities for a large global organization
Strong collaboration skills with a wide range of stakeholders across organization. Team player with a strong can-do attitude and learning mindset
Structured, detail-oriented and analytical approach to business problem solving
Hands-on experience from Transformation Office, PMO or alike
Curious to help improve pace of transformation and ramp up Transformation Office
Persistent in implementing both structural and behavioral change
Natural self-starter who can work independently by taking end-to-end ownership of tasks
Business fluent in English
Experience in a balanced scorecard system and using PowerBI or automation is a plus
