Why this role is important to us
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Support Specialist to join our Education Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Success Managers and Sales Managers in the promotion, sales and delivery of our classroom training and e-learning solutions to our clients.
What you will be responsible for
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Success Teams, Sales Managers and our PS bid managers, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage relationships with customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in our CRM system Salesforce
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our education services offerings
- Maintain our opportunities to ensure that forecast the correct revenue and resource forecasts
- Ensure that contracts are invoiced and that our revenue is reported correctly
What we value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial support role, preferably in the education industry or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), Microsoft Office suite, and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
