Here is a great opportunity – you will be working on a global Salesforce platform of high complexity with different apps including Pardot & B2BMA, Conga CPQ/IWA, BMC Remedyforce and Altify amongst others.
We are looking for a highly qualified and skilled Salesforce expert to be part of the Business Solutions team in Group IT.
You will get a unique possibility to play a key role, working across the Salesforce platform in close cooperation with our Business Analysts, Application Specialists and key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and suggest, implement and maintain innovative and efficient solutions.
In Group IT we are approximately 60 employees of which 28 work in the Business Solutions team. We are a highly diverse team with more than ten nationalities, situated in several locations, with the majority in Copenhagen. You will be part of our CRM Agile team consisting of 7 other colleagues.
The department is highly professional, skilled and adept at designing, configuring, developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining our internal, mainly cloud-based, applications. These include Salesforce, Microsoft 365, VersionOne and Workday as well as an integration platform from Dell Boomi.
Provide input to our application strategies and architectural designs
Communicate and interact directly with our business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements
Design, configure/develop and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform
Test the stability and functionality of the application
Troubleshoot and fix bugs
Write documents and provide technical training for end users
A degree in Computer Sciences/Business Administration or similar
Relevant/several years of experience from a similar position, in an international and agile environment
A broad knowledge/experience with the Salesforce platform and maintenance hereof, when it comes to configuring and developing the Sales- and/or Service Cloud using e.g. Dynamic Forms, Flow and Process Builder, Community/Experience Builder and the Lightning App Builder
Development skills within Lightning components (LWC), Apex and VisualForce and experience with VS Code, SFDX or Force.com IDEs or, alternatively, web development or Java skills
Brilliant collaboration and communication skills, bridging IT and business
Fluency in spoken and written English
