WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The position as Global Mobility Operations Consultant will take an active part in providing services within global mobility and immigration in our People Service Delivery team.
As Global Mobility Operations Consultant, you will be the primary responsible for the administration and advisory of and to all our Foreign Local Hires, Long term assignees, short team assignees, cross borders and their managers. You will be the one ensuring a smooth process which leaves the employee at ease.
In addition to the daily administration, you will also advise our employees and managers on several aspects of global mobility including contracts, compensation, benefits, our mobility policies, international employment law, individual tax, social security etc.
You will also be the very important link between our local P&C colleagues when transferring and onboarding our transferring employees across the globe.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Day-to-day administration of all mobility types
Advisory to manager and employees on all aspects of global mobility
Administration of relocation services incl. information to external providers
Close contact with employees to follow-up on services and ensure satisfaction
Various projects relating to global mobility
Reviewing our policies and our processes
WHAT WE VALUE (OUR REQUIREMENTS)
You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, possibly within finance, law or HR
You have at least 5 years of experience working as a global mobility consultant or specialist from a similar position in a large global company or consultancy firm
It is a plus if you have knowledge about basic individual taxation and preferably also international employment law
You have knowledge about global mobility packages and relocation services
You have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
You have high attention to detail and consider yourself as self-driven and ambitious
You have the ability to handle confidential information, professionally and appropriately
You act in a highly professional manner, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels of experience
You have proven ability to provide first-class customer service
