Global Sales Excellence Specialist

As a Global Sales Excellence Specialist at SimCorp, you will have the chance to contribute directly to our top strategic goals of Sales Leadership. You will apply your skills to a variety of projects including constructing and maintaining role-based training programs, further enhancing Sales handbook and playbooks, accelerating Sales learning loops, and energizing the Sales community by coordinating virtual communication channels and planning global events.

You will be part of SimCorp's Global Commercial organization covering North America, EMEA and APAC, and report directly to the Head of Sales Excellence.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and implement strategic projects (e.g. Sales Academy)
  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices about sales and account management
  • Understand the buying journey and requirements for sales and translate that into internal process to offer improvements and better experiences for prospects
  • Perform current-state assessments of Sales processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure Swift response on updates needed to the Sales framework / toolbox / handbook on the back of learning loops
  • Develop and maintain role-based training programs
  • Work with other teams across the organization including Customer and Commercial Insights, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Offer Management, and Consulting and Managed Services to provide continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and plan global events for the Sales Community i.e. Sales Kickoff

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant project management and client relationship work experience – driving operational and strategic projects with clients in the financial industry
  • Documented successful results incorporating sales metrics in an international organization
  • Proven results with creating operational efficiencies and leading change or optimization projects
  • Project Management Skill with strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Openness to work in multinational, virtual teams
  • Experienced in leading change projects in complex organizational structures
  • Excellent collaboration skills across levels and roles
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Sharepoint is a plus
  • Fluent in English
