The position
SimCorp is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Global Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist who will work closely with the Business (local market units) and collaborate with other global functions to implement strategic projects and Customer Success related projects for Revenue Enablement.
As a Global Senior ComEx Specialist at SimCorp, you will have the chance to contribute directly to our top strategic imperatives of Sales Leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that empower the sales and customer success teams to reach their targets and maximize their potential. Your efforts will focus on aligning Sales, Customer Success & Value Advisory functions to create a cohesive revenue generation approach. Being instrumental to driving the customer journey mapping and development of Sales capabilities, you will apply your skills to a variety of key initiatives including constructing and coordinating role based training programs, further enhancing Commercial handbook and playbooks, accelerating Sales learning loops, implementing enablement platform and energizing the Sales community via coordinating virtual communication channels and planning global events.
The Global Senior ComEx Specialist will be part of SimCorp's Global Commercial organization covering North America, EMEA and APAC, and report directly to Global Head of Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate, and implement strategic projects in line with the commercial strategy.
Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute sales enablement initiatives that equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to achieve their quotas effectively.
Drive Adoption of the Enablement platform together with others on the project team and key stakeholders.
Commercial Academy: Coordinate & communicate the learning courses and collaborate with trainers and candidates to ensure seamless experience for the learners and managers. Manage certifications for all learners. Continual development and maintenance of role-based training programs
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other teams across the organization including Sales, Customer Success, Go-To-Market, Marketing and HR to deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Commercial Events: Support in the planning & organization of commercial kick off (face to face) & virtual events throughout the year.
Ensure Swift response on updates needed to the Sales & Customer Success framework / toolbox / handbook on the back of learning loops
Energize and nurture the Commercial community
Your qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
3+ years of relevant project management– driving strategic commercial projects, ideally with clients in the financial industry
Excellent coordination skills
Experience with customer journey mapping
Proven results with creating operational efficiencies and leading change or optimization projects
Ability to work effectively in virtual teams
Excellent collaboration skills across levels and roles, a strong networker and influencer across teams and organizations.
Proactive and determined to deliver high-quality and exceed expectations.
Experience working with Salesforce and Sharepoint a plus
Excels in creating compelling and impactful presentations using PowerPoint
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
