Global Services Sales Operation Specialist

As a Global Services Sales Operation Specialist, you will help with reporting, data management, tool and process optimization.

While based in Warsaw you will be expose to different market units around the world, and all parts of SimCorp's internal organization. You will report directly to the Global Commercial Director.

Your responsibilities

  • Pipeline monitoring and order inflow data analysis
  • Reporting - Maintenance and optimization of existing reports and development of new reports and dashboards depending on our needs
  • Data Management - Manage data in CRM system (SalesForce) and establish process to guarantee data quality
  • Tool Optimization – Gather and support implementation of new requirements in existing configure, price and quote (CPQ) tool – Zimit – including integration with upstream and downstream applications
  • Process Optimization – Support and enhance Simcorp´s bid management process and standard artefacts
  • Support deal design and review process from scheduling meetings and coordinating with different teams and stakeholders in different regions to following-up on actions and next steps
  • Cross-functional collaboration (CX, Sales, Finance, Deal Hub, Legal, IT)

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Working knowledge of CRM (SalesForce), data and IT software (Zimit, WorkDay)
  • Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to distill complex data into easily understood stories
  • Ease in presenting insights from quantitative analysis
  • A sharp eye for details and accuracy
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel (including Pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related discipline
  • Excellent collaboration skills across levels and roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
