We are looking for a business controller with a strong personal drive, business acumen and a natural curiosity to join our Business Finance Team.
The position is located in Warsaw, Poland and you will be joining a team consisting of finance professionals with focus on Business Controlling and Business Partnering. When joining us you will become part of an organization with a strong focus on lifting Business Controlling/Partnering to a new level, working closely with both the markets and other corporate financial functions.
You will be working in the space between business and finance and your main task is proactively to provide timely and reliable information, analysis and data on the key drivers of the business for the Business Partner, and this way support key decisions as well as implementing key control procedures and processes to support this reporting. The role contributes to all aspects of internal financial management reporting though the development, implementation and publication of standardized reports, scorecards and analytics across the organization.
Your role will have primary focus on ad hoc assignments, reporting, projects & development and less focus on more routine-based tasks. You will act as a catalyst in recommending and driving forward initiatives that support the successful execution of the company strategy, e.g. trends, variance analysis, business case review and support.
Besides this you will actively contribute as part of project teams outside own area of expertise.
