Internal Communications Manager

Reporting to the Head of Communication, Brand & Sustainability, you will be part of a team where collaborative spirit and a shared purpose fuel our everyday successes.

Your responsibilities

Develop an internal communications strategy that instils every team with engagement and pride in SimCorp's, strategy, important programs, brand and culture

Maintain an internal comms plan, showcasing a prioritized view of activities to provide our comms and engagement strategy, ensuring all programs form part of an integrated narrative

Look for new innovations as part of the development of a mix of communication channels and content to get the important messages well-landed across the global business, ensuring timely and consistent communication and allowing shared knowledge between teams and individuals

Facilitate and deliver the necessary leadership engagement activities to inform and equip managers to communicate with their teams, providing trusted advice on employee expectations and needs across different team personas and geographies, providing regular feedback to ensure leaders remain visible and connected to employees

To continue the development of open and fluid connections between teams and improve platforms and processes to allow smooth interactions

Bring to life of SimCorp's cultural pillars of Curiosity, Courage, Collaboration - and not least Creativity and Fun through focused communications and other engagement activities

Empower each employee, and employee communities, with a voice and instill a belief in them being core to SimCorp's DNA and the resulting business performance

Establish and track metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to employee productivity, retention, and organizational performance

Your qualifications

Solid communications experience with experience delivering impactful and creative communications that engage and inspire a busy workforce

Areal passion for people, culture, and communications with an eye on the latest thinking and trends

A collaborative partner, who naturally builds networks across all levels of an organization, and can flex your influencing style to inspire and motivate at every level and across different teams

An organizer, who use resources creatively, operating within committed timelines and budget parameters

The ability to be focused and provide, while maintaining and a naturally fun and outlook
