What you will be responsible for:
Supporting the daily activities in the IT Category as divided into the following spend buckets, totaling 100 m€ p.a.:
IT and Telecom, hardware (workstations and infrastructure)
Software – products and platforms from leading providers and for numerous purposes
Service providers, hereunder data centers and public cloud
Assisting in Sourcing/tender processes for new and recurring requirements
Life Cycle managing active contracts (renew and negotiate)
Supporting Vendor Governance for key/strategic suppliers
Assisting Group IT in cost analysis
Analyzing business processes, identify and realize possible optimizations, drive savings and remove redundancies
Collaborating closely with the Senior Category Managers, SAM and Group IT
What we value:
A relevant Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience and interest in IT procurement, hereunder
Software licenses, hardware and services
Knowledge of market leading vendors and products
Commercial understanding of cost drivers
Excellent Excel and data processing skills
Broad understanding of Information Technology
Business understanding, preferably from technology driven industries
