Why this role is important to us 

Value Advisory is responsible for the support of sales cases with new and existing clients and contributes with business and solution expertise in engagements with prospects and existing clients. To ensure the continued focus on our client engagement we are setting up a team to support the RFP/I/Q process, removing the need for people in region to use resources on it. This team will start on the RFP/I/Q process but would progress over time into other value-added tasks like the maintenance of demo live.   


We are looking for a Manager for the Value Advisory Hub. This role will be a pioneer team based in Manila and will support the growth of the group globally. The role will represent an opportunity for someone to make real impact to SimCorp, an opportunity to build a team and process with high visibility to the organization. When done correctly, the role should have a tangible impact on the sales numbers and growth of the company.  


The Manager will be responsible for building out the SLA’s to the VA team, what are the KPI’s and the communication and training cadence, this role will be dynamic and react to the global nature of our business, a round the sun team needs to be set up for success.  


You will be reporting into the Commercial Org under Dean McIntyre 


What you will be responsible for 

  • Leading a new team based in Manila, to delivery high quality support globally for the VA business. Supporting the RFP/I/Q demands of our clients and prospects  

  • Building relationships and KPI’s with the VA team globally and setting realistic goals and targets over the next 2 years  

  • Supporting the cross training of the business units to your team and supporting new joiners as the team expands  

  • Maintaining the process and timely update of questions and answers for such RFP/I/Q’s  

  • Give regular updates to management of the process and progress of the team vrs KPI’s  

  • Building out documents and procedures that fit the foundation of this group in the long term  

  • Manage a diverse and global team, teaching culture AND SimCorp values

  • Several years of experience from Presales, Services or similar functions ideally with a background in Financial Services / Asset Management technology

  • Fluent in English.
