Principal Organizational Development Partner

We are looking for a specialist within the organizational development sphere who also has significant experience with understanding and building organizational capabilities and programs supporting the business strategy.  

The Organizational Development Partner (ODP) as an individual contributor will in partnership with their stakeholders develop a cohesive organizational development strategy that is in line with overall business strategy and aspiration, in close collaboration with the most important stakeholder, the HR Business Partners, its implementation across assigned business areas. The ODP will implement a continuous focus on capabilities and ensure that the skills and capacity of our workforce concurrently meet current and emerging organizational needs. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the initiator of ideas within the organizational development domain and provide organizational development solutions and consulting expertise to the SimCorp Organization 

  • Design and deliver organizational development and change management interventions and initiatives that support SimCorp’s strategic vision  

  • Identify organizational issues, deliver actions plans, and guide organizational development initiatives based on robust analysis in close collaboration with the HRBP 

  • Develop robust processes and initiatives for identifying, capturing, and prioritizing training needs, both organisationally and on an individual basis 

  • Work with your stakeholders to ensure organizational development initiatives are integrated and support the achievement of the organizational business goals. 

  • In close collaboration with the HRBP support and advise managers on the development of the appropriate organization and team structures, assisting with job design and the identification of key skills which support the delivery of our milestones. 

  • Creatively research and keep up to date regarding organizational development best practices and new initiatives, using knowledge to translate into practical effective OD solutions. 

  • You will be reporting to Anders Per Kirkeby, HR VP. 

Your qualifications: 

  • Knowledge and understanding of organizational development processes  

  • An up to date understanding of organizational design techniques and approaches 

  • Knowledge of benefits of maximizing the use of digital technologies (We are on a Workday full suite roadmap) 

  • Ability to translate organizational development knowledge into actions and to use knowledge to anticipate business requirements.  

  • Able to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease and the ability to influence people at all levels both within and beyond the organization.

  • Customer focussed, with the ability to build a solid business relationship with senior managers, understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions. 

  • Investigative skills, with the ability to evaluate and understand data and information and to use creative thinking to find solutions to problems  

  • Ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas  

  • Project Management and change management skills with the ability to supervise complex OD projects to an effective conclusion

  • A confident communicator with good oral and written communication skills  

  • Experience in creating and delivering a range of organizational development interventions with proven business benefits 

  • Experience in completely influencing culture change  

  • Experience in supervising change and directing on OD projects with successful implementation

  • Experience in identifying skills gaps and developing learning solutions
