To further support, enable and drive this journey we're expanding the Transformation team in our Group Strategy function and are now recruiting for a Process Excellence Lead to join our team.

As Process Excellence Lead you will play a central role in building our process excellence capability and maturing our business processes. The role reports to the Head of Transformation and will be part of a small high caliber team working with stakeholders across all parts of the organization. As this is a newly created position you will be expected to shape the role and build the practice, set a direction for process excellence, and prioritize to achieve the largest impact to our business and customers. As it will be within your role to set the pace, you must also be comfortable with a low level of business maturity in process excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive and ensure continuous process excellence maturity. This includes:
Establish a central process excellence practice & approach
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to understand process excellence and engage in defining process excellence for the respective areas
Identify and recommend cross-cutting processes to be prioritized for improvement
Support our senior leaders and key stakeholders in clarifying and mapping processes and decision rights
Ensure buy-in, ownership and continuous reinforcement of process excellence
Drive a community of process ownership
Own and manage a backlog of cross-cutting processes
Well-versed process excellence understanding and experience
Solid change management understanding
Be able to collaborate and educate different levels of leaders/specialists within different levels of
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to be hands on and focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent writing, listening and verbal communication skills
Great collaborative skills and ability to maneuver a large organization and form trusting relationships
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
