If you'd like to get a taste of and contribute to a professional Procurement organization, you could be our trusted assistant.
As part of Group Procurement, you will primarily manage our Vendor Management (VM) back-office. VM operates as the coordinating interface between SimCorp’s strategic and customer facing vendors and our internal delivery functions. You will assist in the daily operations as part of a team, where continuous development is key.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Group Procurement supports all company functions across 25 sites. Our main responsibilities are:
Sourcing of new suppliers
Negotiating and managing Procurement contracts
Software Asset Management
Facility Management
Vendor Management, of which your particular tasks are:
Maintain Vendor Master data
Collect and report on Vendor Performance
Maintain and develop website and process documentation
Ad hoc tasks across the Procurement team
You will be engaging with both external and internal stakeholders and get responsibility for essential parts of these interactions.
WHAT WE VALUE
Experience in procurement, contracts and vendor management
Excellent attention to details with a high-level of accuracy
Tech savvy with experience in MS Office tools specifically Excel and SharePoint
A structured, service minded, detail and quality oriented individual
Good communication skills
