If so, you have the opportunity to join one of the largest agile implementations in Europe. Based in Denmark, Ukraine, UK and Germany, we are now five years into our agile journey and are right now looking at the next big steps of transformation.

Do you now want to make agile succeed with dozens of teams and hundreds of people? This is a unique opportunity to be part of a huge agile setup, 600+ people, in 60+ teams, in a series of SAFe ARTs.

Having the basics covered, we are ready to take the next step on the agile journey, looking beyond the SAFe framework into de-scaling (as opposed to scaling), even more empowered units and focusing on a more outcome driven approach.

We know this journey will be challenging but also exciting. It will involve a lot of experiments and learning. We are committed to make it happen and we are willing to invest in it.  You will get some great colleagues. We insist on having fun while we make a difference. We help and learn from each other, we continuously improve, learn and grow.

The position
The RTE will be a part of making an offer line succeeding and will be a part of the leadership team, consisting of an offer manager (product), a solution architect (tech) and the RTE (process, plan integrity and coaching).

We see the importance in balancing the three legs of process, flow, and coaching as we see them as equally important, which make the position multifaceted with elements of both engineering, and planning, but also people leadership and cross-‘everything’ cooperation.

A large part of the position is in fact cooperation. Within the ART, between the ARTs and with all areas of the organization and by that a wide range of experience and different skills can be utilized and is why our RTE group is very diverse – and we like it that way.

The role as RTE is to:

  • See solutions and support and sustain an environment of psychological safety.
  • Facilitate leadership teamwork and ART synchronization.
  • Ensure overall plan integrity and transparency though relevant metrics and our OBEYA.
  • Optimize flow of deliverables from the involved ARTs.
  • Support and coach the scrum masters in the ART.
  • Encourage collaboration between involved ARTs.

  • A strong facilitator and can step back from the spotlight and listen.
  • Experienced within agile ways of working.

  • An experienced 2nd level agile coach.

As a person you are eager to learn, you are easy and pleasant to work with and you are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed.
