Why this role is important to us
We are now expanding the team responsible for our Regulatory Transaction Reporting Solutions (EMIR, FMIA, ASIC, MAS). As part of our core team, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with solid investment management software expertise to keep our solutions up to date and compliant with the latest regulations.
Within the Regulatory Center of Excellence, you will work with experienced and respectful colleagues who are experts in providing solutions and services to SimCorp market units around the world. This combination of market experience in regulations and expertise in SimCorp Dimension creates an environment of quick learning and knowledge sharing.
We are open to teaching you specifics of each regulation if you are eager to learn.
While based in Bad Homburg, the global reach of the Regulatory Center of Excellence will give you exposure to various international market units, and all parts of SimCorp's internal organization.
This position can be located in Bad Homburg or Warsaw.
What you will be responsible for
Take ownership of our Regulatory Transaction Reporting Solutions for EMIR compliance
Implement and maintain configuration solutions based on SimCorp Dimension for European financial institutions and Asset Managers
Lead and support maintenance and enhancement of SimCorp’s Regulatory Transaction Reporting Solutions in close collaboration with the Regulatory Team
Effective implementation and maintenance of our solutions for our clients
What we value
Prior experience in SimCorp Dimension is required
Fluency in German and English
Knowledge or interest in European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR)
Knowledge of FMIA, ASIC or MAS regulations is a plus
Master's degree in Mathematics/IT, Physics, Business, or Accounting
Capability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
Significant experience in a consultancy firm or IT department of a financial company
Interest and basic knowledge of cloud technologies
