The team
You will be part of Group Advisory and Support, where Procurement is organized. You will share our passion and dynamics. We work hard, have fun, and are recognized throughout the organization for our skills, service mindedness and results.
You will collaborate as a trusted business partner with multiple functions. Help us supporting strategic projects and provide world class Category and Contract Management.

What you will be responsible for
We expect you to:
- Continue development and implementation of IT Category Management of the following spend buckets, totaling 100 m€ p.a.:
- IT and Telecom, hardware (workstations and infrastructure)
- Software – products and platforms from leading providers and for numerous purposes
- Service providers, hereunder data centers and public cloud
- Conduct Sourcing/tender processes for new and recurring requirements
- Life Cycle manage >100 active contracts (renew and negotiate)
- Manage supplier portfolio and relations to key/strategic suppliers
- Assist Group IT in cost analysis
- Analyze business processes, identify and realize possible optimizations, drive savings and remove redundancies
- Collaborate closely with other Category Managers and SAM
What we value (our requirements)
- A relevant Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience with IT procurement, hereunder
- License metric, contract types and legal terms in general (EULA)
- In-depth knowledge of market leading vendors, products and contract types
- Compliance issue handling and SPOC on audits
- Commercial understanding of cost drivers
- Negotiation techniques
- Broad understanding of Information Technology
- Comprehensive business understanding, preferably from technology driven industries

- Excellent analytical and language skills (English)

- Ability to summarize and communicate complex and detailed matters
