WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US:
As a Senior IT Consultant – Communication & Network at SimCorp, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and global IT Operations team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service worldwide. As a member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for our communications and telephony infrastructure, where you will work closely with team members located in other parts of the world.
The position is based in Manila, and you will be part of the Global IT team of +50 employees, 13 of whom are a part of the IT Operations team worldwide. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Video Conference/Communication (Cisco/Pexip/Surface Hub) configuration and maintenance
MS Teams Telephony configuration and maintenance
Cloud-based call center configuration and maintenance
Network (Azure, Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco and Meraki network equipment)
Participate in implementation tasks and projects
Solve tickets (incidents and service requests) on a global scale
Yearly budget input
WHAT WE VALUE:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
CCNA & AZ-700 (Preferably with Certification)
Azure knowledge (Preferably with an AZ-104 Certification)
Experience with Teams telephony and call center
Be able to work independently and take initiative
Very Service-minded and have a positive mindset
Have a high ‘Sense of Urgency’ and focus on prioritizing tasks
General knowledge of Microsoft Platforms, Citrix, VM-ware, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Language skills: English level C1 both written & verbal. (European language scale - CEFR)
Social and contributing to a good team spirit
