We have a unique opportunity to join us as our Senior Learning Expert in Client Services, where you will have an essential role in our transformational journey and in supporting SimCorp to “stand out” as an employer of choice through our global learning and development programs. 

You will lead the initiative to establish a Client Services Learning Organization, collaborating with Client Services leadership teams, People Business Partners, Education Services, our Enterprise Learning Architect in SimCorp’s Product Division, and our global Talent & Enablement team. You will also be working with the broader People and Culture team in supporting our People Experience and what we want to be known for as an employer. 

 

What you will be responsible for 

  • Designing and implementing our new L&D model and organization in Client Services. 

  • Coaching and advising Client Services people leaders on learning procurement, design, and execution. 

  • Coordinating learning offerings with the Product Development Learning Organization, Education Services, and global Talent & Enablement.  

  • Developing role-based learning paths for capabilities that improve adaptability and support personal growth journeys aligned with business needs. 

  • Designing and managing learning programs to assist employees grow, adapt, and thrive. 

  • Supporting a culture of learning and development that values open-mindedness, independent learning, and shared growth.

  • Servant leadership and a genuine desire to grow and develop both yourself and others. 

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a Learning & Development role or the learning industry, ideally in a global technology or services company. 

  • Solid background in adult learning principles, experience developing and delivering training programs, and the ability to think strategically and lead change efforts. 

  • Great communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with organizational stakeholders. 

  • A solid understanding of behavioral science, data analytics, marketing, and learning experience design. 

  • Fluency in written and verbal English, with great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
