Program Management Office oversees the portfolio of product investment initiatives across SimCorp Product Development, to ensure maximum value delivery and effectiveness in outcome delivery. To achieve this transparency, clarity, consistency, and alignment is necessary for insights and decision making.
As Senior PPM Operations BI Analyst you will play an important part in enabling and creating the capabilities to be a learning organization delivering effectively and iteratively using feed-back and data.
What you will be responsible for
Organize and structure plans, goals and outcomes for alignment and basis for decision making and insights
Create views and reports for radical transparency
Make metrics and measurements of outcomes, customer behaviour, productivity and execution transparent and available
Propose initiatives for improvements
What we value:
Experience in product development, product management, and agile development
Experience in similar positions in international and agile environments.
Knowledge of planning tools used in product development and product management
Knowledge of BI tools
A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of BI / data management systems
Effective collaboration, bridging engineering and product management and other stakeholders
A degree in Computer Sciences/Business Administration or similar.
Fluency in English.
