Join our Product Operations team. As we continue to expand, we seek a Product Operations Manager for our existing Product Operations team with a proven background in modern tech product management practices.

Within Product Management Excellence, the Product Operations team supports the Product Management organization with reporting, insights, and process optimization to foster fact-based decision-making.
As Product Operations Manager at SimCorp, you will enable the Product Management community with the tools, processes, and insights to optimize value creation and enable desired user outcomes.

You are creative and take pride in supporting colleagues and you are comfortable working with some uncertainties. What will you be responsible for:
Establishing product metrics and user outcome measurements across a complex suite of products to foster fact-based decision-making.
Proactively identify obstacles and opportunities, facilitate change, remove blockers, promote clear decision-making, and make iterative, evidence-based improvements to product team processes
Help foster cross-team collaboration and alignment; and bridge communication gaps from product to the rest of SimCorp
Promote transparency and trust across the organization by driving communications and collaboration channels, roadmap reviews, goals and outcome retrospectives, and feedback sessions
Continuous improvement of product management insights, processes and tools.
