You will enjoy the freedom of our full-scale agile work environment following SAFe® In your role as a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for one or two agile teams. You will work across teams and product areas to help improve the organization continually.   

Your responsibilities 

  • Fulfil the role as it is defined by the Scrum Guide and based on the Agile Manifesto 
  • Ensure agility and excellent deliveries by keeping teams energized 
  • Balance the role of agile leader and execution responsible 
  • Be an active player of the Scrum of Scrums team focused on the impediment’s removal process 
  • Drive an agile mindset and high-quality standards across teams and the organization in collaboration with the other Scrum Masters and Release Engineers 
  • Foster a learning and improvement culture 
  • Contribute to organizing events such as un-conferences, SimCorp’s Agile Coach Camps, Scrum Days and Software Engineering Days
  • Be an active member of our Scrum Master Community of Practice, sharing experiences, facilitating and helping your peers to grow 

Your qualifications  

  • Be passionate about creating an environment of trust and great dynamics where people perform their best and work together as a team, where people have fun while delivering and where they are confident in raising impediments and issues  
  • Ideally have work experience as a Scrum Master in several agile setups, preferably from the software/IT industry and an international environment 
  • Know the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development as well as the various agile and lean processes and methodologies and know when to apply the various techniques to provide value to a team 
  • Understand the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures 
  • Be a change agent who leads by example 
  • Understand the difference between doing and being agile – and you practice the latter 
  • Be genuinely interested in helping other people and share agile values 
  • Have excellent English skills
