We are on an exciting cloud transformation journey within Client Services in SimCorp, with growing, international teams. These teams are based across Denmark and Europe and we are expanding our presence across the globe. The Scrum Master role is a key Agile role in SimCorp, that works in and across teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Being a Scrum Master in Client Services, DevOps means:
Being part of a collaborative extended leadership team of POs, SMs and unit leads, to shaping our ways of working.
Being empowered to be the change you wish to see.
Working closely with the PO and team to ensure we create the right outcomes, in a timely fashion at a sustainable pace.
Being part of a solid Agile Coaching community of practice, composed of around 40 Scrum Masters across SimCorp.
Having the opportunity to co-create and grow with your colleagues on many occasions such as our annual Agile Camp, our Agile MeetUp, and Agile Learning Area.
Ideally having knowledge of technical agility – ie technical practices team members can use to build sustainably (like test automation).
WHAT WE VALUE
Knowledge in Agile and Scrum.
Experience from relevant positions where agile approaches were used.
Proficiency in English, and more importantly good communication skills.
Skills in impediment removal, following up, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
A technical background, perhaps as a Developer.
