The position is within one of our Product Areas, who is responsible for Order Management. We are currently expanding our development capacity in this area. The area consists of 7 scrum teams across 2 locations with a strong focus on being in the forefront of agile ways of working, empowering of teams and involving everybody in the development of both the solution and organisation. The code is based on mainly C#.

Refine features together with your team
Contribute to developing of the business solutions for major global financial institutions
Design and build test cases for the new application ensuring high automated test coverage
Automate acceptance testing of the functionality on different test levels
Constantly improve the existing test harness: identifying and fixing gaps and bottlenecks in the current QG checks
Introduce additional application specific QG checks in the CI pipeline
Guide and support the team with testing expertise and enable the delivery of a high-quality product

For you to thrive and succeed in this role, you preferably possess the following professional skills:
Practical knowledge of Unit testing, Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test Driven Development
Experience with automating tests on different test levels: unit tests, integration tests, API, and E2E/UI tests. Experience with different C# testing frameworks: MsTest, NUnit, UI tests automation tools, like Selenium, Ranorex, or similar.
Experience with CI automation tools and practices: TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar.
Strong analytical and testing skills, deep understanding of the software testing theory
Curiosity, willingness to learn new things, such as specific business domain knowledge or new frameworks
Strong collaboration and communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
Practical experience within financial accounting and financial instruments is of course an advantage, but not a prerequisite for the job. It is more important that you take an interest in learning this field. We will bring you up to speed using technical and domain discussions, training, and a comprehensive onboarding program.
