To further support, enable and drive this journey we're expanding our Corporate Strategy Development function and are now recruiting for a Senior Strategy Manager to join our team.
This role will be central to the strengthening of our strategic analysis and problem-solving capability and is expected to deliver important insights and decision support to executive management.

What you will be responsible for
The role reports to the Head of Group Strategy & Transformation and will be part of a high caliber team focusing on impact, development, and collaboration with all parts of the organization.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Design and drive various kinds of strategic analyses to inform company decision making

  • Develop insights about SimCorp’s competitive landscape and the key trends and forces impacting it

  • Lead and facilitate a varied range of strategic initiatives and business reviews across all business areas

  • Lead a varied range of strategic projects across all SimCorp to ensure results delivery

  • Develop and deliver effective presentation and decision materials

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to identify, quantify, and address business improvement opportunities

  • Participate in M&A and other corporate development activities

  • Help building an effective Strategy & Transformation Team

What we value (our requirements)

  • 3-6 years of experience from a top tier strategy consultancy

  • Curious to help improve pace of transformation and ramp up Strategy & Transformation Team

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manor and break them into relevant and actionable insights

  • Highly self-driven project management, execution, and stakeholder orchestration skills

  • Excellent research, writing, listening and verbal communication capabilities

  • Great collaborative skills and ability to maneuver a large organization and form trusting relationships

  • Experience with corporate strategy development is a plus

  • Previous exposure to software development and/or investment management is a plus
