We are looking for a Talent Management Consultant with strong experience within Learning & Development and Performance Management to further support the focus on people growth as well as the support of the business strategy. With leadership, talent, and development being the core focus, you will have an important role in rethinking, developing, and delivering a people-focused agenda for talent development, bringing credible solutions to release the potential of people and build a solid employee experience.
You will be working in the Talent & Enablement Team and work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders globally. Your new workplace will be in headquarters in Copenhagen, when not working from home, as we naturally support flexible working conditions.
Take part in selected projects and independently lead/project manage your own projects to successful implementation. This includes the following responsibilities:
Leading the design, developing, and executing initiatives to drive the talent management agenda
Take part in leading the Talent Management agenda globally, across Leadership, Culture & Values, Learning & Development, etc.
Partner with other areas of HR to develop and support our initiatives and bring them to life (e.g. DE&I, HRBP's, C&B, HR Service Delivery)
Proactively build trusting relationships, act as a thought partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Be connected to the evolving learning trends around Talent Management, bringing an outside-in view
Work with a continuous improvement mindset, bringing innovation, and scalability of global initiatives and best practices within the HR Organization
Help to build an even more solid data-driven foundation for all of our initiatives so that we can assess and continuously improve outcomes
Gather and work with relevant talent data to develop and expose talent insights
You will be the Global process owner for selected Talent Management related processes, which includes everything from policies, tools, systems, processes, and guidelines
We work with a project-oriented mindset and you will be part of making a contributing to making our ways of working even better.
A balance between thought leadership in the talent space and practical application - experience in management consultancy as well as talent development from a previous consultancy role - is a plus
Well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive planning, execution and decision making and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a complex landscape
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, being able to clearly articulate messages and requirements as well as change management skills
A creative mindset and the confidence to use it to disrupt thinking
General project management skills
Knowledge of the benefits of maximizing the use of digital technologies (We are on a Workday full suite roadmap).
