WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

In SimCorp, we help some of the biggest financial institutions in the world be successful by simplifying their accounting, operations, and investments. We do this through IT systems, processes, and financial knowledge. High quality, performing, secure, and cost-effective software is at the core of what we do. To build, maintain and operate this software, engineers are essential to us.    

You will be working with a team of about 7 people located in Noida, India and Copenhagen, Denmark. The team functions as a center of excellence for artificial intelligence (AI), providing knowledge and guidelines to other teams, as well as working hands on implementing and operating solutions with AI. 

 
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  

We work team-based, so your primary responsibility is as a team member. You need to make sure the team delivers on its commitments, that it’s a good place to work for you and your teammates, and that it continuously improves. 

Daily tasks are for example: 

  • Developing plugins and tools for generative AI models. 

  • Prompt engineering.

  • Going from proof-of-concepts to high quality, production ready solutions.

  • Integrating AI functionality with modules developed by other teams.

 
WHAT WE VALUE  

 Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest. 

  • Taking ownership and having a proactive mindset. 

  • Developing and testing solutions. C# and/or Angular experience is a plus, but not a requirement. 

  • Experience with generative AI tools like OpenAI for Azure, plugins & function calls for example through SemanticKernel. 

  • Experience in machine learning is an advantage. 

  • Good English skills are mandatory as it is our corporate language and is used in all communications.
