We are looking for a Software Testing Engineer who is ready to participate in the development of new Simcorp service such as Continuous Testing which is a component of Client Automated Deployment Pipeline.
You will have a great opportunity to use your test expertise combined with automation experience to contribute to the optimization and automation of new testing services.
You will work in our global Customer Application Service (CAS) unit consisting of cross-located teams delivering high-quality testing services. CAS is a client-facing part of SimCorp. We will work together to ensure that our customers gain the maximum benefit out of their investment.
What you will be responsible for:
Develop Automated Continuous Testing execution pipeline to cover client’s business flow
Create well-structured automated test cases based on analyzed customer requirements
Contribute to efficiency in automatic test result processing (e.g. Machine Learning)
Report detected deviations and carry them out through the whole defect lifecycle
Collaborate closely with product development and business units at SimCorp
Spread best practices and share knowledge among the whole department, contribute to boosting x-teams collaboration
Actively participate in relevant CoPs (Community of Practice)
What we value:
Knowledge of software upgrade and implementation project processes, Software Testing Life Cycle, incident management, standard test deliverables
Experience in test automation
Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, SQL, etc.)
A relevant software testing qualification/s e.g. ISTQB (or equivalent)
Knowledge and experience of working with Azure DevOps services
Good English skills (min. B2)
