The job
You will work with a codebase primarily based on APL and C#, in a culture that values trust and teamwork.
As a lead developer you will work within the agile teams to deliver new SimCorp investment accounting features and to identify continuous improvements to the work processes and codebase. You will be involved in all phases of the development process, and your tasks will include requirements review, requirements development, design, coding, code reviews, writing unit tests, and support.
In the tech lead role you will also closely work with the System Architect and will be driving and ensuring the right implementation of the architectural decisions within the teams’ area of responsibility.

Programming experience in C# using .NET framework
Сuriosity to learn APL
Ability to work with and develop complex architecture
Comfortable with changing code that you did not build in several areas
Comfortable working with new technologies
Expert knowledge and ability to promote good engineering practices
Leadership skills
A high sense of quality, ability to work to deadlines, attention to detail and taking ownership of delivering a sound solution
A desire to constantly deliver value to the clients, to improve yourself and the team
Good communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
Understanding the Lean Agile practices, values and principles allow you to better understand how we work
SimCorp Dimension knowledge, especially in Accounting & Operations is a plus
