SimCorp is on a cloud journey, and it is therefore of utmost importance, that the Vendor Management team engage and promptly follows up upon the contractual engagement, & obligational issues, linked to our vendors.



The Vendor Management team contributes to ensuring deliverables from our Strategic Vendors, our SaaS clients, and internal stakeholders. The collaboration is a partnership, where we engage with our different strategic vendors, on a daily/ weekly basis based on the activity levels there might be with the clients.


You will be a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders, ensuring the support and quality needed from our vendors. You will also be the Point of Contact for Vendor engagement from SimCorp’s side, executing the contract & commercial issues.


What you will be responsible for

  • Contributing to all aspects of Strategic Vendor Management

  • Ensuring internal stakeholder management

  • Supporting the OPS team, regarding Managed Services, from our Hosting providers

  • Negotiations with Vendors, eg. MS Azure, IBM

  • Vendor assessment: interviews, follow-up, ratings, obligations

  • Administration of nonstrategic vendors (+50)

  • Contract changes

  • Mentoring, coaching, and helping colleagues to secure the project deliveries
