Why this role is important to us
This working student role involves providing support to the Professional Services team in various tasks including creating presentations, completing customer invoices, and updating client accounts. You will be using Salesforce, Workday our ERP system and MS Excel to maintain reports, create client dashboards, and support the implementation of new system updates. Furthermore, in this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in different teams across Professional Services and offer them administrative support where needed. This is a great opportunity to better understand the interlinking functions that make SimCorp successful and build a network across the company.
We are looking for a student that can work part-time 20 hours a week in the period starting 1 July 2023 until – ideally – 30 June 2024. If you are interested in working in an international environment and enjoy being part of a team of successful professionals, we would like to hear from you.
What you will be responsible for
- Entering and maintaining Professional Services opportunities in Salesforce
- Providing support for reporting
- Data quality management for: controlling, forecasting, utilisation and capacity management within Managed Services
- Supporting client administration service accounts (invoicing and planning)
- Providing administrative support in documentation and courses
What we value
- You are an enrolled in a bachelor’s or a master’s degree program
- Prior practical experience working with administrative tasks, data or reports would be a plus
- Service-oriented, customer focused and having high quality standards
- Familiar with MS Office and proficient in using Excel including formulas
- Knowledge or interest in investments, financial instruments, and software
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately
- You are curious to get to know new tools such as Salesforce and Workday
- A good command of German and English – both written and spoken
