Kjell holds a master’s degree in electronics and computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Copenhagen Business School. He has more than 20 years of international experience with applied IT strategies in financial institutions, both as a technology supplier and a technology user. For the past four years, he has worked for Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), a Norwegian sovereign fund manager with more than 900 billion USD under management globally. At NBIM he is heading up a department with responsibility for NBIM’s portfolio of software systems and associated data and processes. Prior to this, Kjell worked in the financial IT industry, holding various positions within product strategy and development, applied consultancy and management.

Inger has worked as principal consultant in SimCorp Nordic for five years. She works primarily with regulatory issues and has been an active part developing SimCorp’s CCP solution, which she has helped implement with more than twenty clients. Prior to joining SimCorp, Inger spent eleven years with Storebrand Asset Management in various positions. Inger holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Manchester Business School.
