SimCorp A/S – Share Buyback Programme

On 25 May 2012, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the programme SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 5.0 million (approximately DKK 37.2 million) in the period from 29 May 2012 to 27 August 2012.

Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under the programme:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 3,291,890 treasury shares corresponding to 7.16% of the share capital.

Purchases for an amount of EUR 3,887,080 (DKK 28,886,059 million) remains to be executed under the programme.
