SimCorp grew revenue 5% during the first six months of the year fuelled by solid performance of the professional services and maintenance activities. The license business developed slower than expected, as two North American contracts were not concluded before 30 June but in August.
Revenue for H1 2012 amounted to EUR 93.1m, EUR 4.5m higher than in the same period of last year. EBIT for the six-month period was EUR 12.3m, down EUR 3.0m compared with the same period last year.
SimCorp maintains its expectations for 2012 of revenue growth measured in local currencies of more than 5% and an EBIT margin exceeding 22%. Revenue secured by contract for 2012 is 2% higher than at the same time last year.
