Janus Capital Group Inc., a leading Colorado-based asset manager with $163.8 billion in assets under management, has selected the multi-award-winning Equipos (now SimCorp Coric) Coric Client Communications suite to create a highly flexible client reporting platform that will deliver customized client communications for the firm’s global client base.
Coric will produce monthly and quarterly reports from Janus’ headquarters in Denver. The firm’s relationship managers will be able to access client reports and other client communications remotely, via their mobile device of choice, when meeting with clients at external locations.
Coric Client Communications is an end-to-end client reporting and communications suite used by buy-side firms to enrich client experience and gain operational efficiency. Coric offers best practice business process automation tools that streamline the client reporting process. Its sophisticated report design and build tools empower business users to create and modify marketing-quality reports without technical assistance. Structured and unstructured data can be retrieved from any source and presented in a client-centric way. Coric’s easy-to-use dashboards and out-of-the-box workflows will allow Janus to effectively monitor report delivery.
Kirk Reid, Vice President Global Institutional Operations at Janus Capital Group, commented “Our primary goal is to improve client experience for the institutional clients we serve. We are impressed by Coric’s ability to deliver self sufficiency for our client services teams, and the ease with which reports can be accessed remotely, online, in a form that is far more relevant and useful to our relationship managers and clients.”
Janus has clients in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. To accommodate the significant global growth in client numbers and regions served, the firm will require a robust client reporting solution.
“Our selection process involved extensive reviews, consultations with independent industry analysts, verification of supplier references and in-depth workshops. Equipos (now SimCorp Coric) emerged as the leader from this process and our relationship managers are looking forward to using this powerful new tool to improve client engagement.” said Reid.
According to Alan Hamilton, CEO at Equipos (now SimCorp Coric), “We are delighted to be working with Janus to greatly enhance their client service offering, and we are keen to get started on automating their workflow-driven processes to drive operational savings and return on investment throughout the business.”
