On 12 February 2014 SimCorp GmbH was recognized as one of the „Best ITK Workplaces in Germany 2014“ from the Great Place to Work Institute.
SimCorp comes in a fine no. 5 within the category of information technology and telecommunication companies from 101-500 employees.
The result is based on a thorough study including anonymous questionnaire among the employees, covering issues such as cooperation, management, development possibilities and overall job satisfaction. Dr. Ralf Schmücker (speaker of the management board) states that this award is a confirmation for SimCorp’s activities to establish trustful relations and an attractive workplace.
