With the release of 23.01 we introduced new terminology for deployment of SimCorp Dimension; Classic deployment, Full deployment and Simple deployment. With this new technical training, we will address common questions, such as:

What is it actually?
What does it entail?
What is new/different?
Can I still patch the system?

During this 8hrs virtual workshop we will discuss the three deployment options, focus mainly on full deployment but will also give a brief overview of simple deployment, differences and similarities, migration strategies. Importantly, the course will allow you time to gain hands-on experience, utilizing the new scdUpdate tool, migrating an environment at SimCorp from classic to full and do another full minor update.

The course consists of about 2,5hrs theoretical training and afterwards, we utilize the rest of the time to practice the scdUpdate tool.

The course is relevant for all involved with system maintenance and system upgrades of SimCorp Dimension.

Several dates are available in every time zone. We require min. 5 participants to run the course.
