Hassana wins Best Transformation Award

Riyadh, London – 18 April 2024 - SimCorp announced today that Hassana Investment Company (Hassana) has won the 2024 SimCorp Global Summit award for Best Transformation Project.

With over USD 300 billion in assets under management, Hassana serves as the investment manager for Saudi Arabia’s governmental pension company, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

The Best Transformation Project award, now in its 14th year, is presented annually at SimCorp’s global client conference to a buy-side institution that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to technological innovation and operational efficiency.

Specifically, Hassana’s transformation project centered around leveraging SimCorp’s platform’s back and middle office suite to optimize workflows, along with risk management capabilities powered by Axioma.

These capabilities were combined with tech-enabled services for data management. This strategic decision provided Hassana with one total portfolio view across public and private assets, reflecting its tireless efforts to support better-informed decisions for its investment professionals. 

Hassana received the award in London, where more than 1,000 professionals from the world’s leading asset managers, asset servicers, asset owners, and fintech providers gathered.
