  • DEI strategic agenda and resources covered in all onboarding sessions 
  • AI software to scan job postings for biased language 
  • A library of DEI-related learnings available for all employees 
  • Women’s mentorship program 
  • Participation in global Pride events and activities 
  • A DEI Council co-chaired by CEO and Head of DEI
  • Employee resources groups that engage with DEI from the ground up

In 2021 we signed the Confederation of Danish Industry “Gender Diversity Pledge”, publicly declaring our commitment to reaching 40% representation of women at SimCorp by 2030.
